A black bear works his way across a hand painted Colorado mountain mural, snowcaps behind him and a wide open sky above. This is a full Adirondack ski chair, built from retired skis on a Douglas Fir base and set on our taller base so you sit up a bit higher. Painted in exterior oils, so the bear stays exactly that color through August sun and February snow.

Description
The bear on this one is not hiding. He walks straight across the seat back with a Colorado ridgeline behind him, painted by hand in exterior oils, and he holds that pose whether you are looking at him or not. It is the mural people stop and point at from the driveway.
- Built here in Colorado from four to five pairs of retired skis on a sturdy Douglas Fir base. Those skis had a good run before this.
- Set on our taller base, which puts you a little higher off the deck. Easier on the knees on the way back up.
- Comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10. Pets have opinions about it too.
- Includes a custom ski binding cup holder, sized for a stein rather than a thimble.
