The Grand Teton range does not need help from a painter, which makes it a hard subject. Our artist handled it with warm sunset light coming across the face of the peaks and the valley dropping into shadow underneath. Look at it from across the room and it works as a painting. Sit in it and it works as a chair. Both jobs, one object.
