Alpenglow on a painted ridgeline, orange bleeding up into cold evening blue across two matching seat backs. These are hybrid Adirondack chairs built in Colorado from retired skis and snowboards on sturdy Douglas Fir bases. That last twenty minutes of light, held in place permanently.

Description
Everybody who has stood in a parking lot at the end of a ski day knows the exact light this mural is after. The ridge goes orange, the sky above it goes cold blue, and the whole thing lasts about twenty minutes. Painted by hand across a pair of hybrid chairs, it lasts considerably longer than that.
- Sold as a set of two hybrid chairs, built from retired skis and retired snowboards together.
- Douglas Fir bases, assembled in Colorado, with no particleboard anywhere in the build.
- 45 inches tall by 36 inches deep by 32 inches wide each, comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10.
- Hand painted in high quality exterior oil paint, colorful and weatherproof.
- Custom cup holder on each chair, a repurposed ski binding that has traded the parking lot for the deck.
- 400 lb weight capacity per chair with a 3 year hassle free warranty. Yup.
- Either can be made into a rocker for $75 more, using repurposed oak wine barrel slats.
People put this pair where they actually watch the sun go down, which is usually a west facing deck or the end of a dock. If you want the ridge to match a specific skyline, send a photo and we will paint that instead. We can also run one chair in sunset and the other in sunrise if you and your spouse keep very different hours.
