The Colorado C sits big and red behind a moose on one chair and a bear on the other, so the pair works as a set without being twins. Both are Adirondack ski chairs, hand painted in exterior oils and built in Colorado on Douglas Fir bases. Eight to ten pairs of retired skis went into the two of them.

  • Two Adirondack ski chairs, each 45 inches tall by 36 inches deep and 32 inches wide, comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10.
  • Four to five pairs of retired skis per chair, so eight to ten pairs for the pair. None of them were retired against their will.
  • Constructed in Colorado on a sturdy Douglas Fir base, each with a cup holder made from a repurposed ski binding, retired from the mountain and reassigned to the deck.
  • High quality exterior oil paint, colorful and weatherproof, which the red C appreciates.
  • 400 lb weight capacity per chair.

  • Most chairs ship free to the lower 48, and either one can become a rocker for $75 more using repurposed oak wine barrel slats.
