Mountains, painted by hand, spread across a matched pair of hybrid chairs that use both retired skis and retired snowboards in the build. The mural is worked in exterior oils, so the ridgeline stays sharp and the sky stays blue no matter how many afternoon storms roll over the porch. Nobody has to declare a preferred sport to sit down.

• Set of two hybrid Adirondack chairs, each built from retired skis and snowboard sections on a sturdy Douglas Fir base.
• 45 inches tall by 36 inches deep by 32 inches wide, comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10. Pets figure it out fast.
• Hand painted mountain mural in high quality exterior oil paint, colorful and weatherproof.
• Custom cup holder on each chair, a repurposed ski binding that no longer has to make a decision about anybody’s knee.
• 400 lb weight capacity per chair, so the whole family qualifies.

• Either chair can be built as a rocker for $75 more, using repurposed oak wine barrel slats.

These read as well inside as out, which is why they show up in great rooms and finished basements as often as they do on decks.
