We weld it onto a stand up frame or a hanging swing mount, powder coat the steel in the color you pick, and build a new wooden seat stained to match. Roughly 91 inches tall by 26 deep by 45 wide, though every original wanders a little.

The Black Powder Coated 3-person Replica Chairlift Bench is the statement piece. It is a handcrafted replica rather than a lift pulled off a mountain, welded here and powder coated to your color. If you specifically want a genuine retired lift from a named resort, those live in Ski Lifts and there are usually only one or two of each.
