Midwest skiing gets underestimated by people who have never done it. SnowRiver, up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, runs on lake effect snow and stubbornness, and this triple chair spent its career there before we brought it in and gave it a second job.

Triples are the roomiest option we carry. At roughly five feet across, this one seats three adults, or two adults and everybody’s coats, or one adult lying sideways with a book, which is the configuration we recommend.
