Hybrid Sunset Wolf Mural Adirondack Ski Chair
$695.00
A wolf holds still against a hand painted sunset, oranges running hot along the ridge and cooling into deep purple toward the top of the seat back. It is a full size Adirondack chair built in Colorado from four to five pairs of retired skis on a Douglas Fir base. The wolf does not howl, which the neighbors appreciate.

Description
A wolf, a sunset, and about three feet of seat back to put them on. The oranges run hot down at the ridgeline and cool into purple as they climb, and all of it is brushed on by hand in exterior oils rather than printed and stuck down. Catch it in evening light and the paint does roughly what the actual sky is doing.
- Hand painted mural in high quality exterior oil paint, which holds its color through sun, snow and whatever Colorado decides to do between the two.
- 45 inches tall by 36 inches deep by 32 inches wide, comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10. That range covers the grandkids and the very tall cousin.
- Built from four to five pairs of retired skis over a sturdy Douglas Fir base.
- Ski binding cup holder included, sized for a stein rather than a shot glass.
- 400 lb weight capacity and a 3 year hassle free warranty. Yup.
- Most chairs ship free to the lower 48.
- Rocker conversion available for $75 more on repurposed oak wine barrel slats.
Buyers usually want this one facing west, where the painted sunset and the real one can argue about who did it better. We can swap the wolf for an elk, a bear or a dog you actually own, and we can shift the palette warmer or cooler depending on what the deck already looks like.
