Most of what sells here goes to owners of one to four properties who are tired of flat pack furniture that photographs like everybody else. A themed room shows up in the listing photos, shows up again in the reviews, and gives a guest something to describe when a friend asks where they stayed. That is worth more per square foot than another accent chair.

Packages run from a three piece fire pit starter set up to an eight piece common area, built to order in whatever colors you pick. Substitutions across a set are normal rather than a special favor, and most swaps come in at the same price or a small upgrade fee.

The five piece entry and bedroom set

Lift bench, ski headboard with the queen frame included, ski coffee table, vintage snowshoes and a snowboard coat hook. It carries the theme from the front door to the pillow.

The eight piece common area

Ski pub table, two barstools, two ski chairs, a cornhole set, a hall tree and barnwood wall art. Stand up height keeps a group talking instead of stranded on a couch.

The piece that sells the listing

A chairlift bench against a log wall is the shot people scroll back up to look at again. Ours are handcrafted replicas, built to hang or to sit on legs.

What goes into a package

The sets are put together around how a rental actually gets used, not around what looks tidy in a catalog. There are two jobs to cover, and a good package does both.

The pieces guests photograph

Ski lift benches and porch swings, ski headboards in queen and king, hand painted snowboard wall art, carved wooden bears, antique refurbished ski and pole displays, and wood wall art with lines guests already know. The pieces guests use every night

Adirondack ski chairs around the fire pit, ski benches, pub tables and barstools, coffee tables, hall trees, coat hooks, cornhole boards and shot skis with ski boot shot glasses. This is the furniture that takes the wear, so it is built heavy and finished in exterior oils that clean up with a rag.

Furnishing a whole property, not one room

These ship as sets for one reason, consistency. Four chairs bought one at a time never actually happens, and when it does they never match. A package arrives in one delivery with one color story, so a deck reads as finished in a single listing photo.

Color choice is wide open. Owners pick their resort colors, a state flag, the palette already in the cabin, or a team. If you run several units and want each one distinct but clearly related, say so when you call and we will plan the color runs together.

Specs and whether it survives guests

• Adirondack ski chairs, 45 inches tall by 36 inches deep by 32 inches wide, with a taller 55 inch build at 36 inches deep by 36 inches wide. Comfortable for people from 3 feet to 6 feet 10.
• 400 lb weight capacity per chair, on a Douglas Fir base built in Colorado. Feel free to snuggle with your sweetie!
• Each chair uses four to five pairs of retired skis, so a set of four puts sixteen to twenty pairs back to work.
• Ski pub table, 42 inches tall by 24 inches deep by 36 inches wide. Barstools come with a 29 inch seat height as standard, and taller or shorter is no charge if you ask when you order.
• Three person ski lift bench, a handcrafted replica rather than a chair pulled off a mountain, at 83 inches tall by 24 inches deep by 56 inches wide.
• Wall mounted coat hooks, 12 inches tall by 1 inch deep, in widths from 36 to 62 inches. You pick the width.

Lead times, delivery and ordering again next season

Made to order work runs two to four weeks, and a large package sits at the long end when several pieces are painted to one custom palette. If you are opening a unit for ski season, call in early fall rather than the week before your first booking. Some pieces are ready to ship immediately, which is the right move when a guest breaks something in February.

Local delivery covers Colorado including Colorado Springs, Denver, Breckenridge, Vail and Aspen, and we ship nationwide to the lower 48, with most chairs shipping free. We keep a record of what colors went into your order, so when you buy the second property or add two chairs next year we can match what you already have.

Property names, resort marks and logos

Plenty of owners want the cabin name or a business mark on a piece, and there are a few ways to do it. Hand painted murals are painted by hand in exterior oils, never a decal, and that covers scenes, lettering and artwork. A logo is a different job. A logo goes on as a logo decal floated onto a painted background, so the mark keeps its exact shape and color. Aluminum appliques and plastic appliques are the alternatives, each priced differently, and the logo can go on the front of the piece or on the back. Branded pricing is quoted on a call rather than listed.
